Orion180 IPO: Orion180 Insurance Group Inc., a specialty homeowners and flood insurer based in Melbourne, Florida, is seeking to raise as much as $340 million through an initial public offering, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday.
The company plans to market 20 million shares priced between $15 and $17 each. At the top of that range, Orion180 would carry a market value of approximately $1.7 billion, based on the outstanding share count disclosed in the filing. The company expects its shares to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol OIG.
